1. About the service
Epic Roots: Chowka Bara & More is a game developed by GameAJS. Features, availability, rules and modes may change during development and testing. These terms must be finalized before public use and should be read alongside the Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility and accounts
Players must comply with applicable laws and age-related requirements. Account features may include guest play and optional third-party account linking where enabled. You are responsible for protecting access to your device and account. Do not share account credentials or attempt to access another player's account.
3. Fair use and conduct
Do not exploit vulnerabilities, interfere with services, manipulate results, abuse other players, commit fraud, or use unauthorized automation. GameAJS may investigate harmful conduct and take proportionate action consistent with applicable laws and final published terms.
4. Virtual items and currencies
Epic Roots may include Coins, Gems and cosmetic items when these features are enabled. Such items are part of the game service and are not cash or transferable financial assets. Purchase availability, pricing and regional restrictions will be shown in the app. Do not assume that a feature visible during testing is enabled for real-money purchases.
5. Payments and refunds
Where Android in-app purchases are enabled, purchases are intended to use authorized Google Play billing and verified entitlements. Eligible refunds and reversals depend on applicable law, platform rules and final game policies. See Purchases & Refunds.
6. Availability and testing
Beta or closed-test versions may contain errors, interruptions or incomplete features. GameAJS will work to improve reliability but does not promise uninterrupted service. Specific user remedies and any warranties must be set out consistently with applicable consumer law.
7. Account deletion
Requests can be initiated through our Account Deletion page, subject to verification and the applicable data retention obligations described in the final Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual property
GameAJS artwork, software, designs and original material are protected by applicable rights. Traditional game concepts may be part of a shared cultural heritage; nothing here claims exclusive ownership of those traditional rules themselves.
