Request deletion of your Epic Roots account even if you no longer have the game installed.

Start your request.
Send us an email with the subject Epic Roots Account Deletion. If you know your player ID, include it to help us find the right account. You can make the request without reinstalling the game.

What happens next?
- Request: Email GameAJS from an address you can access. You do not need to disclose your password.
- Ownership verification: We may ask for reasonable evidence that the account belongs to you. Please do not share passwords, one-time codes or payment-card information.
- Deletion review: We will process eligible account and associated-data deletion requests, subject to applicable obligations. Where certain records must be retained for legal, security or fraud-prevention reasons, the final Privacy Policy must identify these categories and retention rules.
What data is involved?
Account identifiers, linked-account data under GameAJS control, saved game progress, friends-related information, and wallet/entitlement records may be involved. Exact deletion and retention behavior must be verified against the release backend before the game enters Google Play testing.
