Eligible Android digital purchases are intended to be handled through Google Play Billing. Purchases should only be granted after server-side verification. Gem balances, cosmetic ownership and reversals must be checked against the final enabled functionality.
Refund requests
If a purchase was made through Google Play, start by checking your Google Play order history and applicable refund options. See Google Play refund guidance ↗. For game-account or entitlement questions, contact GameAJS support with the relevant order reference; do not send complete payment-card information.
What about refunded items?
When a refund is verified, related Gems or cosmetic entitlements may be reversed according to the finalized purchase rules and applicable law. A refund request alone does not necessarily mean that a transaction has been reversed.
